The Hibernian Golf Association is a club based in Stamford, Connecticut, made up of golfers of all abilities. It was founded in 1982, by the Irish diaspora of Stamford, and while the club is deeply rooted within the local Irish community, we have a many nationalities represented today. We have a rich history of over 40 years, and we pride ourselves in running an honest, friendly, and inclusive club. We host 17 outings a year at our two home courses, Sterling Farms and E. Gaynor Brennan, and at other courses in and around Fairfield County (Schedule). In addition to our biweekly contests, we have season-long competitions for the Singles Club Champion, the Doubles Club Champion, Player of the Year, and Most Improved Golfer. At the end of the year we host a dinner party where we give speeches, hand out the prizes, and have great Craic!
